The 7-day website guarantee

What we promise

Once we have everything we need from you, we will send you a complete, working version of your new website within 7 calendar days. If we do not, you get 25% off.

What you get if we are late

If you are paying for your build as a one-off, we refund 25% of the build fee. You can have it as a refund or as a credit against your next invoice, whichever you prefer.

If you are on a monthly plan, you get 25% off your monthly payments for the whole minimum term of your plan.

Hosting and upkeep charges are not part of the build fee, so the one-off refund does not include them.

When the 7 days start

The clock starts on the day we confirm to you in writing, by email or message, that we have everything we need. That means:

• your accepted quote
• your deposit, which is 50% of the build fee, or your first monthly payment if you are paying monthly only
• your logo and any brand colours you want us to use
• the text for your pages, or your approval for us to write it
• your photos, or your approval to use suitable images
• access to your domain and any accounts we need

In that message we tell you your start date and the date your site will be with you.

When the 7 days end

When we send you a link to the complete site for your review. That is the first complete version. Time you take to review it, and changes you ask for afterwards, do not count towards the 7 days.

What is not covered

• Anything you send after the start date, such as extra photos, new text or changes to what we agreed. We will fit in small things. If something changes the amount of work, we will agree a new delivery date with you in writing.
• Delays caused by waiting for you to reply, approve or send something we have asked for.
• Delays outside our control, such as a domain provider or another third party.
• Going live. Launching depends on domain access and your approval.

The fine print

This guarantee applies to new websites built by Angler Digital Ltd and agreed in writing. We confirm your start date and delivery date in writing for every project.
