One-Off Build or Ongoing Retainer
Not every business needs the same thing after launch. Some want a site built, handed over, and left to run. Others want it actively looked after. We offer both.
One-Off Build
We design and build your website, launch it, talk you through everything, and hand over the keys. You own it outright, with a small flat monthly fee to keep it hosted, secure, and running.
Best for businesses who would rather pay for the build once and keep things simple from there.
Retainer Package
The same build, the same hosting, security, and upkeep as the one-off option. The only difference is how you pay: instead of a build fee plus a separate monthly charge, it is rolled into one regular payment.
Best for businesses who would rather spread the cost than pay the build fee in one go. A minimum term applies, confirmed on your call.
Extra work requested after your site is live, such as new pages or updates down the line, is quoted and charged separately from either plan.
Both plans come with the 7-day guarantee: 25% of the build fee back on a one-off build, or 25% off your monthly payments for the whole minimum term on a monthly plan. Read the guarantee terms
How a Project Runs
Every project follows the same clear process, and a complete first version of your site is with you for review within 7 days of the day we have everything we need. We keep you posted at every step, so you know what comes next and who to ask.
Discovery
We start with a conversation about your business: who your customers are, what you want them to do when they land on your site, and what is not working about your current setup (or why you do not have one yet). This is free and takes about ten minutes.
Quote & Scope
You get a written quote that spells out exactly what is included, what the timeline looks like, and what it costs. So you know where you stand before any work starts.
Design & Feedback
We create a custom design and share it with you for feedback before any code is written. You tell us what you like, what you want changed, and we revise until you are happy.
Development
The approved design is built out as a complete, working website. Clean code, quick-loading pages, a layout that works on phones, and the structure local search needs are all built in during this phase.
Launch & Handover
We go live, test everything across devices and browsers, and walk you through your finished site. If you are on a retainer, ongoing care starts immediately. If it is a one-off build, you are in control from here.
