Preview Pages

If you ask us for a free homepage preview, we send you a private link to it. When that page is opened, we record when it was opened and how it was used, and the kind of device and browser it was opened on (for example, a phone using Safari). We work this out from the information every browser sends, and we keep it with our records about your enquiry so we know whether the preview has been seen and can follow up at a sensible time. We do not keep your IP address with these records. Preview pages do not set cookies or store anything on your device, and they are not used for advertising. Each preview link stops working after a set time, usually 30 days.

Job Applications

We have two job application forms: one for leaflet delivery work and one for appointment setter work.

If you apply for leaflet delivery work through our leaflet distribution jobs page, we collect the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address (if provided)
  • Where you live
  • Your age
  • Whether you have access to a car and a full UK driving licence
  • When you are available
  • Whether you would like to hear about other work with us

If you apply for appointment setter work through our appointment setter jobs page, we collect the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your age
  • Where you live
  • How many hours a week you could call
  • Any sales or phone experience (if provided)
  • How you heard about the role

We use these details to assess your application and to contact you about the role you applied for. We only contact you about other work with us if you ticked the box to ask for it on the leaflet delivery form. Your application is sent to us by email. We delete applications after 12 months unless you start working with us.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry and providing the services you have requested) and, where applicable, your consent.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain contact form submissions for up to 12 months from the date of submission, or for the duration of any ongoing client relationship, whichever is longer. After this period, your data is securely deleted.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page speed. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites. We may use essential cookies required for the website to function correctly.
